ArborVPN is a VPN proxy application that may provide encrypted VPN sessions, VPN node selection, fastest server selection, IP privacy indicators, connection duration display, upload and download activity display, support entry points, and other app features.
Service availability, server regions, speed, connection quality, and app features may vary by network conditions, device environment, region, third-party infrastructure, and operational decisions.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use VPN services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for understanding and complying with laws and rules that apply to your use of ArborVPN.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse ArborVPN. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Using the service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity.
- Attempting to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, probe, or compromise the app, servers, SDKs, or network infrastructure.
- Using automated systems to abuse connection resources, advertising flows, reward flows, or service limits.
- Interfering with other users, third-party services, or network security.
- Using ArborVPN where VPN use is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
5. App Access and Permissions

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for all activity performed through your device while using ArborVPN.
6. Advertising and Time Extension Features
ArborVPN may display advertising, including native ads, interstitial ads, limited event ads, or ad-based time extension flows. Ad availability and rewards are not guaranteed and may depend on network status, region, inventory, and third-party ad systems.
Advertising must not block required business flows permanently. If an ad fails, closes, or times out, the app may continue the related VPN or navigation process according to its implementation.

ArborVPN is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, specific server availability, speed, compatibility, or access to any particular website, app, or online service.
VPN services cannot guarantee complete anonymity or security in every circumstance. You should continue to use safe browsing practices and comply with applicable laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marsico and MARSICO AXS CS DIP, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or service availability arising from your use of ArborVPN.
11. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to ArborVPN if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, or used the app in a prohibited or harmful manner.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the effective date and provide the revised terms through the app, website, or another appropriate method.
